At Perfect Love Story, we create custom, personalized songs crafted uniquely for each customer. Because every song is an original composition made from your personal story and details, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your delivered song for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked, no hassle. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

To request a refund under this guarantee, simply contact us at support@perfectlovestory.com within 30 days of receiving your song.

Cancellation Policy

Because our songs are custom-made and digital in nature, and because we begin working on your song immediately after you place your order, our cancellation policies are as follows:

Standard Songs (48-Hour Delivery):

  • If you cancel within 6 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund (100%).
  • If you cancel 6–24 hours after ordering, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, no refund will be issued because significant work has already been deployed in the creation process.

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to support@perfectlovestory.com and may be approved or declined at our sole discretion based on the status of your order.

Refund Policy

All songs are personalized based on your story, memories, and inputs and cannot be resold. As such, refunds are generally not available once work has begun or delivery has occurred — except under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.

Errors & Corrections: If there is any error in your song (wrong name, incorrect details, etc.), you can contact us at support@perfectlovestory.com. We will make corrections using your included free revisions at no additional charge. Refunds are not given in these situations.

If we are unable to deliver substantially as described in your order due to an error solely on our part, we may, at our option, re-deliver the song or provide a refund. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method; processing times vary by provider.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@perfectlovestory.com so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution; we reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to suspend accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent disputes.

Revisions

We want you to love your song! Every order includes 2 free revisions covering both lyrics and melody to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Corrections: If any names, details, or other information are incorrect, we will fix them at no additional charge using your included revisions.

Additional Revisions: Requests beyond the 2 included revisions, or major style/genre changes, may incur an additional fee which will be communicated to you before any work is undertaken.

Revision requests must be submitted to support@perfectlovestory.com.

Errors & Technical Issues

If there are technical problems preventing you from accessing or playing your song, or if there is any error in your delivered product, please contact us at support@perfectlovestory.com.

We will correct the issue or provide a replacement file at no additional charge.
