Custom Songs & Personalized Products

Our products are custom-made songs created based on the personal details, stories, and preferences you provide during the order process. Each song is a unique, original composition crafted specifically for your order.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted (recipient name, occasion, story details, etc.). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Delivery

Your custom song will be delivered as a high-quality MP3 digital download to the email address you provide. Standard delivery is within 48 hours of order placement. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, though we strive to meet them.

Revisions

Each order includes 2 free revisions covering both lyrics and melody. Revision requests must be submitted to support@perfectlovestory.com. Additional revisions beyond the included 2 may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, website design, and materials on this website are the property of Perfect Love Story and may not be reproduced without permission.

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your custom song for private enjoyment and gifting. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the song without written consent from Perfect Love Story.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
